At British Diamond Company we're committed to providing you with the best service possible, and we're sure you'll love your purchase. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we offer a full 30 day money back guarantee on all orders (items purchased in our sale or in conjunction with a promotional code are subject to a 14 day returns policy).

Please return your purchase to us in its original condition together with original packaging and documentation. You can either return by post to the address listed below, or you can return to your nearest store. When returning by post, we recommend using a tracked service to ensure proof of delivery.

Please note: 
- Some special orders, including items which have been personalised, adjusted or resized are non returnable and not covered under our standard returns policy.

If you choose to exchange your item, a refund will not be offered for the exchanged item unless the product is faulty.

- We are unable to accept returns of earrings or cleaning products due to hygiene reasons. This does not affect your statutory rights.
