Please note; Delivery timescales for in-stock items over the New Year holiday is expected as follows;
For orders placed between; 11.30am Friday 31st Dec – 4.00pm Tuesday 4th Jan - Estimated delivery date Wednesday 5th January.
From Tuesday 4th January – Regular delivery service resumes.
FREE UK SHIPPING
We offer free UK next day delivery on all in stock items ordered over the value of £50. Items will be sent the same day when ordered before 4pm, using a Royal Mail tracked and signed for delivery service.
We accept international orders with worldwide shipping available, offering a fully tracked, insured and signed for international delivery service to the US, Europe and the rest of the world.
All international postage costs will be automatically be calculated in the checkout. We offer a fully tracked and insured delivery service on all orders over £200 using an international TNT 2-3 day delivery service, with orders under £200 sent via a Royal Mail 3-5 day Airsure delivery service. Delivery cost prices may vary dependant on your country and postcode/zip code.
All orders delivered outside of the UK, unless agreed otherwise, will be shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis, which means that importation taxes and duties fall to the responsibility of the purchaser to pay. In such cases, the customer will need to pay this cost for the order to be released to them from the courier.
INTEREST FREE FINANCE
Interest free finance orders will only be dispatched once your application has been accepted by our finance company and these orders can only be delivered to your billing address. Your finance agreement becomes active 30 days after the date of dispatch.
BANK HOLIDAY & CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES
Please be mindful that there is a limited postal service during bank holiday periods and over the Christmas period. If you wish to receive your order for a specific date, please allow sufficient time and place your order in advance.
When requesting a different billing and shipping address, we may require emailed proof of ID if you want delivery to an address other than your billing address.
There are some factors that may affect the delivery time of your order such as stock availability, in the case of us having to order a product directly from the supplier, or if you have any special requirements. If any of these factors result in the delivery of your order being extended, we will contact you to discuss the options available.
If your delivery time is affected by events that are out of our control such as adverse weather conditions, we will endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and a member of our customers service team will be available to help track your order.
